A Different way of thinking…

 

What if Whiskey were to change a bit with each batch, rather than mixing to create the same flavor profile and color every time with every batch. We want each batch we make to tell a story about when and where it was made. Each batch of whiskey will be a vintage unique to everything about that year including allowing wild yeast to make it’s way into our mash.

Our eventual products will include Yukon Gold Vodka, a Juniper Gin, and a Rhubarb Spirit.

We are teaming up with several small Oregon wineries to use their unique flavors to create our unique flavors in our batch based Whiskey. No batch will ever be exactly the same, and that is the way we want it.

We will always use local ingredients and local Oak when available to craft a truly local totally unique Pacific Northwest product.

Our facility is located near Monmouth, Oregon in the foothills of the coast range.

We are just getting started and there will be more to come.

We have just gotten our first Oregon oak barrels!!!
